To Book You will need your patients unique hospital ID (UHID) you can find it on your prescription adjacent to patient name. You will be asked to pay fee during the booking process if more than 7 days have elapsed since your last paid fee/2 visits completed on last fee. Click here to know the doctors fees/Timings.  If you don't have your UHID you can search here by your registered Phone Number (to search choose I don't know my UHID).
