Refund and Cancellation Policy For the purpose of this policy user/patient shall mean a person who is using the website and paying for appointment service from the website and will be mentioned henceforth as user, doctor shall mean the chosen doctor specified during appointment booking mentioned henceforth as doctor and Hospital shall mean Jeevan Jyoti Hospital Civil Lines Moradabad mentioned henceforth as Hospital. Advance amount means the advance towards consultation charges made at the time of booking and henceforth mentioned as advance amount, convenience fees refers to the website and payment gateway handling charges and henceforth mentioned as convenience fees Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: Cancellation and rescheduling Policy For Cancellations of appointment booked please contact the hospital via by calling on the hospital phone nos In case of cancellation of the appointment, the amount will not be refunded. We suggest instead of cancellation you ask for rescheduling of appointment at no extra charges, provided this is done on the same day of appointment when booking an appointment you will receive a token number. It is your responsibility to be at the hospital when your token is called. We follow a queue system and token numbers are called in the serial order In case a patient(user) is not there when his/her token number is called the patient will be marked absent. This absent patient when reports to the doctor waiting room shall be issued a new token number by adding 5 to the ongoing (current) number of the queue Refund Policy The amount paid as advance towards consultation, shall be refunded only in the following circumstances If in case the doctor selected for appointment is not available (due to unforeseen circumstances) at the hospital for consultation, the patient will be given the option to reschedule the appointment or to be attended by alternate doctor (if available), the user can agree to it or ask for a refund at front desk, in this case no consultation will be given and the amount charged during booking will be refunded via electronic transfer or cheque within 2 working days after deduction of the convenience fees.
